Phenolic Surface Film (PSF) is a resin impregnated paper overlay designed to improve the surface characterization of wood based panels used for applications such as concrete shuttering. The overlay is a self-bonding sheet that cures under heat and pressure. It is suitable for hardwoods or, with an MDO cushion sheet, for softwood plywood.

The material is mainly poplar, after being revolve cut, dried, veneer processed, glue hot pressed and abrasive polished becomes high qualified veneer base board, which is filmed with metlbond resin film in high pressure and temperature, thus get the final product--architectural veneer.
